You May Have The Best Intentions To Get Fit And Join The Gym Junkies Watching You Do The Treadmill And judging What You Wear (Like This Disappointed Disneyland T-shirt That Fills You Are Afraid you are not alone. Gymtimidation is real! And it reflects too many beautiful women experiencing the joys (and health benefits) of the movement.

The good news is that gymnastics is mostly in our heads, so you really have nothing to worry about. Here are our six best tips:

1. Imagine
chatting with the sports instructors and let them know you are new. Remember, these guys are there to assist you; That’s why they are there. So, if there is a machine you want to use, just ask it. They help you with the technique and can help to create a routine for you. It’s great to have a buddy in the gym.

2. Invest in good active clothing
When you feel good, you feel safe. And when you feel safe, you do not care what other people think. We recommend the purchase of stylish and high-quality Activewear, which gives you a great feeling. It’s one of the best parts of the workout – shopping for new sports bras and leggings!

3. I know that no one is looking at you.
FACT! Seriously, the people in the gym are focused on themselves and their goals. And if they look like you, they are probably jealous of your great technique or great leggings. If you are still nervous, bring a friend with you and you can work out together.

4. Create and plan your own routine
Knowing what you want to do in the gym will help you focus (and prevent you from worrying about what others think). Our KIC program includes a complete breakdown of each workout so you can bring us to the gym. Plus, you’ll look like a pro when you smash one of our workouts.

5. Write down and focus on your goals.
We all have to start somewhere. So, who cares if you can not run fast on the treadmill or lift heavy weights? You are here for you! Focus on your long term goals and remember that every gym sesh is a step to reach them.

6. Registration for a course
If you are not sure where to start when you set foot in a gym, try a course. The instructor wants to tell you what to do and how to motivate and support you throughout the training. Not sure which course is right for you? Try them all out! From boxing to HIIT to dancing and spinning, you will never be bored.
